1st Session 1:1 Hypnotherapy Session via Zoom

Choose a convenient time for your personalized hypnotherapy, session via Zoom. Your first appointment will typically be longer -- up to 90 minutes to better understand your needs. Each subsequent session will last approximately 60 minutes.  

Each appointment is designed to help you unwind, reset, and nurture your well-being from the comfort of your home.  I recommend that you join the Zoom from a quiet room without distractions as well as a headset.

Zoom invitations will be sent upon booking of your session.
