I understand the levels of stress that can lead someone to seek hypnotherapy, as I have faced significant stress throughout my adult life. During my Ph.D. training, the outcomes of single-day events such as qualifying exams and dissertation defenses determined my future. My professional journey included navigating the 2008 financial crisis, the COVID pandemic, and other challenging periods, particularly in Silicon Valley, where the threat of job loss was ever-present. There were times when stress resulted in debilitating migraines lasting for months. These experiences have deepened my empathy and compassion for others encountering similar hardships. Surviving and learning to thrive through these challenges, combined with formal training in hypnotherapy and Reiki, have prepared me to support others as they face their own stressful events and transitions.

The initial session will tend to be longer to fully understand your needs and will range from 60-90 minutes. Additional sessions will typically last 60 minutes.
