My Approach to Reiki

My in-person sessions in a limited SF Bay Area service area are calm, supportive, and tailored to you. Using gentle touch (or hands just above the body, if you prefer), I work intuitively to focus on what feels most present that day. We’ll start with your immediate needs—stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness—and allow the rest to unfold naturally over time, so your healing feels both grounded and sustainable. My remote sessions via Zoom take a similar approach with the added benefit of being available to anyone, no matter what your location is.

Reiki can be especially helpful when you’re moving through change—grief, burnout, anxiety, recovery, or a season of uncertainty. It offers a steady pause: a chance to soften tension, reset, and reconnect with yourself, so you can meet what’s next with more ease.

Why I do this work

Reiki supported me through challenging seasons fraught with extremely painful migraines and reminded me what it feels like to come back to center. That experience is what led me to deepen my training and become a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master—so I can offer the same steady, compassionate support to others.
