Workshops are scheduled on Saturdays at 10 am or 11 am PDT (see flyers using links under workshop descriptions above) but can be run for private groups of 5 or more at other agreed upon times. Ask about discounts for larger groups.

What can I expect from your guided meditation workshops?
Our guided meditation workshops are designed to help you manage and build resilience to stress. Attendees learn new ways to handle the challenges of modern day living and gain practical experience that can be quite transformative.
Who can join?
Anyone interested in mindfulness and stress relief is welcome to attend.
How long is each workshop?
Workshops will range from approximately 2-4 hours, including guided meditation and discussion. See workshop descriptions for estimates. Short breaks will be built into the workshops for bio-breaks.
Do I need experience?
No prior meditation experience is needed to participate. Even if you have tried meditation before without success, these workshop experiences are likely to give you a more positive outcome because of the progressive relaxation built into the meditations.
Where will the meditations be held?
All meditations will be held over Zoom. It is recommended that you attend from a room that is without any significant distractions, ideally with a headset. You may find that a dimly lit environment is helpful for the meditation. Comfortable clothing and a comfortable chair are highly recommended.
What forms of payment are accepted?
PayPal and Zelle are currently accepted but more methods of payment are being added soon.
